Return Policy

POLICY

  1. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unwashed items.
  2. Returns and exchanges can only be claimed within 24 hours of order reception.
  3. Requests for return are subject to Nouvelle Vague approval.

*For orders in Lebanon
Order must be returned directly to Nouvelle Vague Store within 24 hours from date of purchase.

*For orders outside Lebanon
If your return request is approved, customer service will provide steps to follow to complete the return. Returned order will be shipped at the expense of the customer.
Order must be shipped directly to
Nouvelle Vague Store within 24 hours from customer service confirmation.

Upon reception of returned order, items are thoroughly checked for traces of lipstick, sweat, wear and tear and other damages, and compared to their condition at time of purchase.

In case of discrepancy, Nouvelle Vague reserves the right to refuse the return. Refused returns are sent back to customer at customer’s expenses.

Approved returns are credited in the shape of store credit valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Nouvelle Vague does not offer refunds of any kind.

STEPS

Step 1:
Drop us a line at:

mentioning your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason.

Step 2:
Customer Service will get back to you within 48 hours to approve or refuse your return. If your return request is approved you will receive shipping instructions.

Step 3:
Ship it back to us, but remember, fees are on you!

Step 4:
Last round of inspection! Our team will inspect one last time the item and make sure it matches our return requirements.

Step 5:
If the item is validated, choose between a product exchange or a store credit.
