Policy:
We do not offer the possibility for refund of any order, our customers are entitled to a credit voucher valid for 6 months. Our shop accepts in-store returns and exchanges within 3 days.
Items can be returned within 24hrs of reception for international orders. In case of return the shipping cost (back and forth) is paid by the customer.
In case the returned item is damaged, price is fully charged to customer.
Steps:
Simply write to us before the return end date at: hello@nouvellevagueofficial.com mentioning the number of your package and the parts you wish to return.Customer service will then give you instructions on how to return your order and the address.

For Lebanon orders:
Each piece subject to a return request must be returned directly to Nouvelle Vague Boutique following your return request by email and within the time frame.

For the rest of Europe and International orders:
If you wish to return a part, it must be sent directly to Nouvelle Vague Boutique. The destination address of your return package(s) will be sent to you by email following your return request.
Fees:
Returns are free for our Lebanese customers who wish to return an item they have purchased, and within the authorised time frame. However, returns remain the responsibility of the buyer.
For returns from countries outside Lebanon, customs charges on returned parts may be applied depending on their market value at the time of receipt at the shop. In this case, Nouvelle Vague will contact you to pay these costs.
In the absence of a response or in the event of your refusal, the package will be returned to the sender.
